how can I define tasks in MS project which can not be interrupted by lunch breaks or shift endings?

the tasks are in minutes, 35 at most. I want to see an optimum resource allocation by leveling the resources. But the jobs are mechanical and should not be interrupted.

Either

a) Set your time durations to emin – putting the e before the min (or ehr, eday) means elapsed time, and the project calendar is ignored.

b) Create a 7*24 calendar, and assign the right tasks to this calendar. (Task calendars are not possible in older versions of Project.)
