World of Warcraft Burning Crusade funny news report
world of warcraft satanic
How do I get to the next level on World of Warcraft?
I am a level 11 Dwarf warlock in World of Warcraft. And I cannot find level 12. I have seriously searched everywhere for it. My Daughter is stuck at level 70 so I think this is common problem.
I wanted to catch up to her by the weekend, so I know the kind of content that is in the game. Someone at work told me it has Sexual and Satanic themes and I want to make sure my 13 year old isn’t exposed to that stuff.
Think of levels as your character’s age, not a physical location. As you do quests and kill creatures, you’ll gain experience points will lead to gaining levels.
Dwarves cannot be warlocks.
On average, it takes weeks of work to get to level 70, it is not something that can be done over a weekend.
Wows themes are not satanic, but there are demonic themes. Demons in the case of wow are not from hell, but from a legion of interplanetary conquerors trying to destroy the universe. As for sexual themes, the closest thing is the succubus, which exists as enemies as well as a minion for warlocks at the 20th level. I believe there are parental controls which can be set to change the appearance and behavior of the succubus (who cracks a whip and moans and flirts like a harlot). There’s no explicit sex in wow, nor is there any reference to the judeo-christian values of heaven or hell. There are however elements of norse mythology present in the Valkyrie death maidens. later in the game.
Personally, I would be hesitant to let my 13 y/o daughter be exposed to some of this content, but the truth is that there’s much worse stuff in public schools and television.
If your daughter is level 70, chances are she’s already very attached to the game, and pulling her away from it would do her much more harm than a picture of a scantily clad she-demon. If you’re concerned, you should talk to your daughter about these images and how they’re wrong, and share your values with her, rather than punishing her for something she may not have even noticed.
